How do we begin on the design project?
Each job is different and individual. We like to give an accurate and reasonable price quotation, the best way to do this is to have conversation with you. How are your rates?
Our rates are calculated on a case-by-case basis according to the work that’s required.
What is the process of design?
Once you are agree with our quotation, we may have another meeting for more details on the project. We then come out with some visuals/designs, you choose the visual you are happiest with and we refine the design as needed. Once you are completely happy with the design and approved it, we proceed final artwork of the design and job done. You are then ready to go to print or use your design for online use.
How long will the job take?
Every design job is different and every demand is different. We will advise the timeline of the work before job committed. We really appreciate client will allow sufficient time for the designing and approval of your work. If the deadline is very tight, we will try to do our best to complete the job within the timeline.
What format will I get my final artwork?
Our final artworks is supplied in Portable Document Format (.pdf) – it’s support to most of the commercial printer.
Is the artwork belong to client once paid for?
Not the actual/working artwork files unless agreed upon in the proposal. However, ALL approved high resolution images purchased from image bank are 100% yours one the project is fully complete and paid for.
